Circular Messages In-Game

I cannot send a Circular Message in-game to the Alliance members.
Can somebody assist me?

I have learnt it's best that circulars are best kept to higher ranking mambers for the following reasons:-

a) spam
b) important issues aren't always in circulars if the message is sent by any member
c) if people get too many circluars that aren't important they stop paying attention to them
d) it's easy enough to ask a member who can send to send one and the members that can send are those in higher ranked positions

Kaz and The Warick are the two members for the time being to contact if you need to send a circular message

this could change in the future as people become higher ranked or if a vote is called to change this

What if the higest member not is on and i beeing attact and need help?

I playing in a Norwegian game and there will the one who sendt spam 3 times be booted.... :-)

I shall send a circular issuing the call to vote on circular messages.

Angel of Light if number one attacks you we will still be there to send aid and hopefuly one day return the favour he did to us.

But you know you can create a vote on the forum.

From now on maybe that's the way we should go, it would encourage more members to join and post at any rate.

With only 5 Members in the UED Vipers Wing Alliance, why is Circular Messages not available? SPAM? You're kidding, right?
I don't personally don't need any help or resources or anything, but I would like to know who my alliance team mates are and where they are located. See other post here in this forum. I believe having Circular Message capability provides the list and locations.

The UEDxV is run by Nightstalker, he is the one you must request the circs from. Don't worry we will soon have more then 5 in the wing.

Tomorrow morning a fair few of our UED members will be removed from the alliance main frame and asked to join the wing.

I will make sure Nightstalker hears you loud and clear, but make sure of it yourself as well.

Sorry for the lack of organisation the wing currently has, I did appoint Nightstalker out of trust, respect and admiration as he lead the UED in uni 27.

If you don't have that rank or any rank that would be the only thing stopping you from seeing the members list and sending a circ, unless kazza made some changes while I was gone....

Let us know if you still are unable to see the members list and send circs asap. r let Kaz know
