Their alliance Hellraiz isn't strong. They claim however to be allies with D.Watch and Reapers on their alliance page. D.Watch doesn't mention them but Reapers do (although they mis-spelled Hellraiz). It looks like Hellraiz is a wing to Reapers which is a wing to D.Watch.

D.Watch is out of our league, so maybe you'd back off. They might be bluffing of course
