Eddie Banned - Returns as Firebird

Hey guys - I was banned for a "Real Life Thread". I am trying to appeal it. Here is what I said:

I was banned?
For what?
I have a feeling it was reported by mouse. This player spied on me constantly and attacked me numerous times early on. I know, that is part of the game.
One time I had logged on and saw that this player had another attack on the way. So, I sent the message stating, that "you will die", not intending to be a real life personal threat - I have no clue who he or she is or where he or she lives or anything - I really don't care.
All this meant was that I will focus my efforts on revenge and retaliation until this player is no longer in existence. This is a just a game. No threats of bodily harm. Just words. To think that this person was threatened by that is ludicrous as this player was CONSTANTLY spying and attacking others.
I even named my planets after mouse killers, D-CON and adios and added --mouseKiller to the end of the name. This is a game for crying out loud. The idea was to defeat the mouse, which is a pest to others in the Solar System.

I even spent money on this universe because of the constant mouse attacks.

I am a member of an alliance that is a great bunch of players, whom I respect a lot. I was the only member in Galaxy 1. I had just colonized a planet in Galaxy 2 at a cost of 2400 Deut and a colony ship to be closer to more of them so I could help out.

Please reconsider the ban.

So ... you mean the Game operators banned you !!!

I got banned in 3 universes b4, I think your issue can be solved, have u talked with the game operator yet?

Yes, the GO banned me. I cannot login. I get the message that I was banned and there is a link to the banned list, etc.

The good news is that the ban isn't permanent - only until 2036

Yes, I opened a ticket with the Uni 39 GO. The initial post above is what I wrote to the GO for my appeal.

So ... what is the reason ?

Insult, multi-account, bashing, or ... ??? As I kno, insult only wont take that long mate ... multi-account is possible ...

"Real life thread" is the reason given for the ban.

I have no idea what it means. I am only speculating.
I assumed that it meant threatening someone in a message.

They dont even know how to distinguish between a real life threat and in-game threat !!!

you are banned, if you manage to get unbanned we shall let you back in the alliance, if not then well that's pretty crap....

I just thought you all should know. I was basically banned for three words "You will die".

Pillage away at my empire. You guys should get what little is there and not others.
If you could exact some revenge on the player mouse, I would really be appreciative of that.

I will try to get unbanned, but my ticket has not even been assigned, yet.
